10 E.III 09-12-2025 केंद्रीय सिविल सेवा (राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली का कार्यान्वयन) नियमावली, 2021 की अधिसूचना से पूर्व, राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली के अंतर्गत कवर किये गए केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारी की मृत्यु अथवा निःशक्तता एवं अशक्तता होने के कारण सेवा से कार्यमुक्त किये जाने की दशा में, केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (पेंशन) नियमावली, 1972 या केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (असाधारण पेंशन) नियमावली, 1939 के अधीन हितलाभ प्राप्त करने पर कर्मचारी के हिस्से तथा उस पर रिटर्न की वापसी / Refund of employees' share with returns thereon on availing benefits under CCS Pension Rules, 1972 or CCS (EoP) Rules, 1939 in the event of death of a Central Government employees covered under National Pension System or his discharge on the ground of disablement or invalidation prior to notification of the Central Civil Services (Implementation of National Pension System) Rules, 2021.(Hindi/English)PDF icon size:(136.87 KB) .

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
